If you need a private help please feel free to PM me or other guys here on the forums. Otherwise you should either open a ticket with WHMCS as it was already suggested to you, or read logs both from Directadmin and WHMCS, and see what error you might have there.
Solve it
We have an same error in whmcs
you can change your admin password without any illegal word same as !@#$%^ and check it again, some of these characters will be removed in filters by whmcs and directadmin. you can use easy password same as : Tg_87Kbe
