WHMCS does not run on DirectAdmin?

I have just installed on my VPS. After that, I have install Ioncube by use ./build ioncube. I was successful. When I type the command: php -v, I see:

Zend Engine v2.5.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2014..........
with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.6.1, Copyright (c) 2002-2014..........
with Zend OPcache v7.0.4-dev, Copyright............

That means I have successfully installed. But why when I unzip and install WHMCS, it can't run. It appears 1 blank page. Meanwhile in another server, same version WHMCS, I still install and run.

I think that due to the build process failed. So I tried to manually install. I downloaded http://downloads3.ioncube.com/loader_downloads/ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.tar.gz and run loader-wizard.php, copy the file and configuration follow the instructions. I also checked with the command php -v and have the same results. But still can not run. I try access: http://billing.mydomain.com/ and http://billing.mydomain.com/install. But resuilt is blank page.

Why it? How to fix it?

Blank page usually means PHP errors, please set "display_errors On" in your php.ini file and restart apache, then you should see the errors when you open WHMCS.

Thanks you. I forgot about this. I have set "display_errors On" in php.ini file and get this error:

Fatal error: The file /home/admin/domains/xxxxxx.com/public_html/install/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5 and cannot run under PHP 5.5. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5. in Unknown on line 0
