I don't believe there is a discount for DirectAdmin customers.

However, I would highly recommend WHMCS as a billing solution, and in some cases for support. The support functionality is limited in some ways but does a great job for small providers at least! :)

Just search on www.webhostingtalk.com and you will see many good reviews about WHMCS - it truly is a great billing and client system.
 
Another vote for WHMCS. It just keeps getting better, and Matt provides amazing support.
