Dear Friends,
on our server we have sharetronix website. when a visitor stays on its dashboard page for about 5 - 10 minutes, he will blocked from server! and can not pen any other page or website on server!
But he can ping his website and receive normal replies! He can open sites on same server which has another or dedicated IP!
I as admin of server cant log in to SSH trough this website IP, But have no problem with other IPs on the server!
CSF Disabled! IPTABLES Stoped! MOD Sec is OFF! but problem still exist!
which else service or option can block visitor IP? but they have access to other sites with different IP!
config: apache+nginx , php 5.3 Fastcgi
