why apache restart himself ?

every 30-120 minutes
the apache restart himself
its makes download stops...

how can i fix it ?

Check the logs for any hints.
Does it always happen at a consistant interval?
Look for a cronjob that might be doing it. Whenever a user is added/deleted or a custom httpd.conf change is made apache is restarted.
