why can't i log into my reseller's customer account?

one of my reseller need me to help him with his account. he created a package and a account for himself so i login DA as admin then go to reseller and click on his reseller account and go to his user account when i click on login as his customer account. i got kick out to the DA's login screen.

why?

3. Click "Username of Reseller"
4. Click "Username's User Data" button
5. Click "Login as Username" button

* Replace Username with the appropriate login of the user.

At this point you will be logged into that user and you can click the appropriate section to do what you wish.

To logout of that user click the logout button you will then be switched back into your admin user account.

i can get into his reseller account just fine but if i went into his user and try to login as his user i will get kick right out

Going that deep in DA I've seen IE do weird things... May sound funny but, try Firefox.

DA can only keep track of two logins at one time. If you want to login without a user/pass as one of your resellers users find the user from the all users link while logged in as admin, click their user name then the login button.

And don't forget that you don't need the user's password to log in as the user.

An admin can log into any account on the server with the admin password:

Username: admin|username
Password: adminpassword

A reseller can log into any of his/her accounts on the server with the reseller password:

Username: reseller|username
Password: resellerpassword

whre in both cases the username is the username to be logged in as.
