This is ridiculous.
Why on earth are there disk/bandwidth warning messages being sent to users who are no where near their allocated usage???
This is an automated message notifying User XXXX that 0.00266% of his/her bandwidth and 693.6% of his/her allocated disk space has been used up.
It is estimated, at the current rate of use, that the account bandwidth will be used up in 37592.98 days, at which time the account may be suspended for the remainder of the month.
The User should contact Support if this is an issue.

IF THE USER is not expect to reach his limit in 37,592.98 days why even inform them?
The only reason why i could see this message being sent is because the account under the reseller has used 346.8 out of 50megs. BUT THAT IS DISK SPACE and this message is talking about bandwidth. Even so, the user maybe over his disk space limit assigned to one of his own accounts but why is this message being sent too this reseller?
