Why disk space not real too big

hmm, not sure but that does not include your main account bgg, or perhaps the disk usage is not updated yet.

Check /var/www/html - your client probably has stored emails and files in Webmails' directories. (roundcube, squirrelmail, etc).
Check /etc/virtual/ for your client's domains. Specially majordomo's directory with mailing lists and digests. Digests are never deleted by default. You need clear it minually or with cron.

I don't think the actual disk space takes databases, email, etc into account.
