why is DA so0 late to update license

why is DA so late to update licenses? often their is only 1-2 hours before expire i can update it. now its 15 min back to expire and still cant update it.
this is not good for DA

normally have to wait to last day of licensedate brfore i can update. today it went an hour after before DA updated the license. AFTER my DC contacted them

Thats something you need to address with your datacenter ... I've never had licenses come that close to expiring
