why my domain is dead

While I can think of one good reason (phony information in your whois record), only your webhosting provider can tell you the real reason.

The root reason appears to be that your assigned nameservers: ns1.globaltechweb.net, and ns2.globaltechweb.net, aren't responding.

While this in and of itself may not be important, globaltechweb.net IS working, and the site uses nameservers at:

kitkat1.botseller.net
kitkat2.botseller.net

Strange domain name for a nameserver, I'd think.

This forum is NOT run by your hosting company; you need to ask them.

Contact any other webhosting company. Generally we do not sell webhosting here because almost all of us sell webhosting. I'd of course recommend myself, as would almost all of us. Then we'd all be competing with each other instead of helping each other, and that's not good for a webhosting control panel community.

Note that most legitimate webhosting companies won't take on a client with phony information in their whois. You should fix that first. The company through which you registered your domain name (Botseller Internet Services) offers privacy protection so the first thing to do is visit your account there, and fix your domain registration information so it's correct, then switch to Privacy Protection (it's offered by them at no extra charge).

Afterwards, a good place to look for webhosting is webhostingtalk.com. Here's a search link for DirectAdmin shared hosting at webhostingtalk.com.
