why server time change to 12am after server reboot

when i restart my server, the time of my server always bcome 12am.
i have to contact my provider to adjust it.

may i know why like this?

I think there could be several reasons. One is that the battery in the server is going dead. But whatever the reason if this is your server then you should be able to SSH into it and set up the boot process to adjust the time on boot. The command could be put in the rc.local file.
 
I guess a more important question would be why are you rebooting your server so often? This problem should only happen maybe a couple of times a year. If you are having to reboot often then you have a more serious problem that the time issue.
