Both sections of that instruction page are managed per-domain. There's not an easy way to manage this per user, as neither apache nor BIND understand the concept of which domain is owned by which user.

There might be a rather complex way to manage it based on who the user appears to be based on the default directory (/home/USERNAME) but I don't see an easy way to manage it.

i installed script and it need wild card on for give subdomain, for this i use it http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=127 ?
