wont let me re-add domain

wont let me add domain

i upgraded from apache 1.3.36 to 2.0.58.

now when i try to add a domain it says:

'Unable to write user's httpd.conf

Error Creating Domain'

the file /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/httpd.conf
which its referring to is owned by root - should it be owned by diradmin like the other files in this folder?

Yes you need to

chown diradmin:diradmin httpd.conf
