Wrong database count when restore user backup

Hello, I have just restore a user backup from one system to another, and in the right panel where appears the details about my account, I got:

             Used Max
Databases  0    10

Even if there is one database restored with his user, and it works OK. If I go to MySQL Management the database appears there but on the front page and in the Site Summary / Statistics / Logs appears to be 0.

I think that on the restore process the databases where not counted. How can I modify that manually? I don't know which is the DA file where I can locate that variable!

And I also have found that Cronjobs are not backuped.

That was no big deal, since it can be added manualy, but it can be useful to be backuped and restored atomaticaly, for users which has many of them.
