local time zone, Help me please

I am living in Austria vienna ,and i am using DirectAdmin shared silver hosting program .
i have problem with the time and date probebly because we are in Europe and the server siting in USA. So I want to change the time for all the application to my local time zone (Austria). The main problem is with the e mail program, I get and send the e mails in the date of tommorow. also the statistics are shifted.
in the squirrelmail I did change the time to Austria/vienna, but it is not making any diffrent.
How do i do it?

I also have a problem with the date. it always coming on the date of tommorow. this problem is in outlook and also when i use any other program that is sitting in the internet like SquirrelMail.
here is the Full Header form mail that i send to myself.

i think the problem is from the DirectAdmin server.

i tried to update the time Zone in SquirrelMail but this didn't help at all.

re,date

Well I am a beginer. So I dont realy what os you mean.
The site is in html and I just upload the files in to the server with the file manger and conected the domain to the DSN number. If you mean the server OS , I did not change there anything.
My p.c Os is XP and i am useing outlook 2003 to view the mails.
The wronge date must come from the server.
Can I use simple command like date:20.05.2005 to update the date?

Are you a site owner?

Or do you have an account with a webhosting company?

If you have an account with a webhosting company, any changes would have to be made by them.

However your emails should have the date set in your Outlook Client, or when using Squirrelmail, in your Squirrelmail preferences.

same kind of problem

I have that kind of problem. The server is set ( bios and kernel ) to UTC time. And I set the time zone to Canada/Eastern in squirrelmail. However, when I send a message to other account on the same server I got a error in the time.

This is the header, the message was sent 14 mai 2005 23:46
