When each restore is performed using Backup manager, the permissions are set user:user. This leads to an error that the website cannot be accessed

For the website to work I have set chown user:access. When restoring, I have to manually set it again, which is very time consuming

Hope admin help fix this error soon

Backup manager,
Is this a 3rd party plugin?

The Pro pack one is not complete yet.
And we plan to introduce these, among much more, in the future:
  • Advanced backup manager, allowing user-level per-file (and per-database) restores from the backups
Are you on an alpha|beta channel?

The DA one is called

on the user side under Advanced features.

or on the admin side it is called

Why? Which php version are you running and in which mode?
Normally all websites are user:user and not user:access or are you running some ancient stuff like Custombuild 1.1 with old Centos or something?
