www.domain.com/~user don't run

domain.com/~user is not supposed to work, only the IP address does. Otherwise bandwidth usage through this method would not be able to be counted.
If you still need it to work, check the version that this change took place, and you should be able to reverse the changes that were made to the httpd.conf.
 
Ok thanks but before the hack of my server, this redirect was running.

I've got new problem and i think it's the same problem, when my user use their adress [email protected] on webmail in www.mydomain.com/squirrelmail/, Squirrelmail say that :

"Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Server replied: 550 Verification failed for <[email protected]>
Sender verify failed"

But when they use their adress [email protected] on webmail in www.theirdomain.com/squirrelmail/, it's running.

What is the problem ?

Same problem with ~ prefix for users

I used to have a reseller account with DirectAdmin v1.23.4 and the ~ prefix worked fine, now in my server with DirectAdmin v1.23.3 I am having the same problem as Avenueduweb, the thing is that it was working fine a few days ago, I contacted my dedicated server support team and told me to use just the IP address, is maybe an issue with the DNS? Can you tell us more about the changes in httpd.conf jmstacey?
