www Problem

I'm sorry if this problem has been discussed here before, but I couldn't find a thread about this. Here is the problem.
Today I created a new client with a new ip and his own domain name. The problem is domains doesnt work when I do "www.domain.com." But it works when do "domain.com".

I have checked all the files I couldnt figure out and all the records are pointing to his IP address. If i do mail.domain.com, ftp.domain.com, or even http://IP it all goes to his website. But if I do www.domain.com it doesnt. It goes to my server's Main Site. This is ODD. I think I got this problem because I used the "Create Reverse IP Lookup" after adding this domain. This probably has nothing to do with it, but I am listing what I did. I also deleted the user from the server and the domain address and recreated again, under another IP. I still get the same problem.

Can anyone help me out on this one?

Why would the IP and all the other domains "records" go to the clients public_html file but when I do "www" .domain.com, it doesnt.

You're not the only poster today to claim ownership of domain.com.

If you'd like a helpful answer please list the correct domain name and the IP# you're using so one of us can use some diagnostic tools to figure out the problem rather than just guess.

Well, I was replying with the domain and IP, and I went and checked this again. It finally seems to be working. Sorry guys.

Either you had some outdated information in your browser cache, or in DNS.
