You can not start mysql

can not start mysql 5.6 after the update mysql 5.0 to mysql 5.6
[root@server ~]# service mysqld start
Starting MySQL.The server quit without updating PID file (/var/lib/mysql/server.reyhanhost.ir.pid). [FAILED]
