I recently installed Debian 11. When I click on SSL or many options, I get an error:
Could not execute your request You do not own that domain

The hostname is correct.

Any suggestion ?

Are you sure your domain name is pointed to your server's IP address? Have you made the changes required to you domain name server. For example, did you set up a CAA record for the certificate issuer?

That is not required to get SSL certificates from Letsencrypt. Is not made by DA automatically either.
It's a pré, but not required.

So it might be rather non existing domain or DNS issue.

If it's for the hostname, certificate should not be created via the panel but via SSH.

You are very sure you really still are the owner of the main domain .tld?
If so check whois.
If so then do dns for maindomain check and if subdomain then also for subdomain.

This because sometimes Registry's "take away" domains, for example by LAW. (for good or timely)
