Solved SOLVED Your IPN endpoint returned an error, where can I find the log?

Hi, not sure if I can ask this here. But am trying to set up a payment module in Opencart. And after I test the IPN Url I get 403 deny. Am trying to figure out where to look for the error in logs. Not sure how to look for this error and where? Maybe someone can tell me how to allow this to access my IPN endpoint. I have tried to look but not sure what to look for? Anyone can help me?
Your IPN endpoint returned an error. Please check your server logs and ensure your endpoint is properly configured to handle POST requests.

Ok, I find ot what the problem was. I turned off some blocking settings that is on by default by Cloud-flare and now its working fine.

✓ Your IPN endpoint is configured correctly and responding as expected.

Cloud-flare is good but it seems that they change the settings how they want when you’re not looking.
