FC3? Is that still supported?
Do you run the DirectAdmin Control Panel? If not, then there's not much we can do to help you as we're a support forum for the DirectAdmin control panel, not for Fedora.
If you run a DirectAdmin server then your DA installation should have had some excludes already in the yum.conf file. If so, did you delete them?
How about telling us some of the symptoms you're getting.
