cPanel has some of these tools, but because it is just a bunch of numbers, they it's hard to draw conclusions from them. Nagios is very capable, but wow, the setup and maintenance, ugly screens, and then you almost need to get and setup Cacti to do the graphing.
Take a look at Zabbix. http://www.zabbix.com/screenshots.php It is light weight, free, graphics built in, and they offer commecial support if you want it. It would make what comes standard with Plesk and cPanel look silly. You don't have to get carried away with it, just CPU quantity, CPU usage, network usage, memory usage, disk I/O, and percent disk space usage. That's about as basic an install you can do with Zabbix. Morever, you can setup your own page to show what you want to see. Throw an icon in DA's admin area to call it, and call it good.
