Solved Zend_Mail_Protocol_Exception:Connection refused

Hi everyone,

Previously all my email functions were running smoothly.
Sending and receiving emails were smooth (roundcube).

The problem that arose was when I installed amember on my hosting account, and used an SMTP account from an external party.

There was an error Zend_Mail_Protocol_Exception: Connection refused.



whereas, if I use regular VPS settings everything is normal.

I also make sure the SMTP account details are correct.

any solution?
