Zimbra with DA

According to Wikipedia, Zimbra uses Postfix. I'd think it'll be impossible to integrate it with DirectAdmin because DirectAdmin depends on it's own structure for managing email, based on Exim.

aside from the postfix thing (which makes me very sad as a potential/likely new directadmin user), zimbra doesn't really play well with others. don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful beast, but it does everything it's own way.

i can see how that would be a nightmare for a control panel

Zimbra is a great solution for a collaboration server, and possiblly for a combination file-server, print-server, collaboration-server.

For schools, perhaps. For small businesses, and for larger businesses.

Since it can manage multiple domains perhaps you can set up a separate zimbra server and use it to sell email/collaboration services.

But I don't see it's intended market as being in the webhosting world.
