Hello, I upgraded my OS from Redhat 9 to FC 3 by choosing the upgrade option.

However, there's one problem that occurred during this. My DirectAdmin isnt working. While starting or restarting it simply fails and does not create a error log entry.

I checked the DA config file but it seems okay to me. Unsure of what could the problem be. port 2222 is completely dead.

ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTE:
this is incorrect information. DirectAdmin's daemon does not have anything to do with apache or php. It's a self-contained C++ program.

did u retry installing apache / php again?

use custombuild script.

is ur webserver running? check if directadmin is running or not?

r u sure that it is needed?
Anyways i have installed apache. I havent installed php just yet. can you provide me with the code to do so

No my webserver is not running since directadmin doesnt respond at all

Fixed. When OS was upgraded named.conf file was named after named.conf.rpmsave.
