magickwand

Hey all,

Im trying to get magickwand for Imagemagick running on a DA server ( Centos 4.4 Final) But i keep running into strange errors even tho i compiled the script according to the manual provided by magickwand.org

When done with compiling i need to restart httpd and when i do i get this error

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './magickwand.so' - ./magickwand.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

I got no clue on what to do here any help is appreciated

This guide assumes that you have a very good background knowledge in Linux. There are several steps that are un-explained, and missing directives that should go in php.ini file. I am sorry, but I don't have the time to write these steps and directives.

Thank u for this tut ( isnt it for cpanel only?)
I decided it was not needed and didnt have time to find out what was going wrong

And maybe its my "lack of experience" that causes the error.

Thanks anyways ill keep the link provided in my bookmarks
