I dont think this is a support request, but if you go in as an Admin or Reseller to view a clients data (CMD_SHOW_USER?user=blah), go to "Resend Welcome E-Mail", and DONT select "reset password" the password is not sent out to the email address.
Only a "reset" will send out a password.
