Spamassassin not deleting spam

Hello team,

We have some accounts configured with spamass to delete email considered as spam by spamass. But for some reason we are receving the emails still (even thought we know they are processed by spamass since the subject was changed to **** spam ****

Any ideas why we would still be receiving these emails ?

Go to the user account and click on Spamassassin Setup. The first section lets you choose where you want the marked spam to go.

Honestly not sure what could be causing the problem. What does it say in:
/var/log/exim/mainlog

We have the same issue, spam assassin detect the spam and modify the headers and subject, but is not deleting de spam or sending to de selected imap spam folder.

Anyone have solved this problem with spam assassin?

Hello, im having a similar problem, i select that all the emails marked as *****SPAM***** that are over 5 points be sent anyway to destination with the subject changed, but i set the high score spam to 9, so all the emails that ar marked as spam having more than 9 points are deleted.

But the emails are still arrive with the modified subject but some emails have mor than 20 points of spam.
