How do I sent email to ALL pop3 accounts on the server?

Hi, I know I can send a message using the messaging system to all 'users', but this only sends to the admin user of each domain.

I want to send email to every pop3 mail account on the server, in order to warn them of scheduled maintenance when we add additional server memory.

Is there a way to do this, other than manually.

There is no feature that does that. You might want to create a mailing list or something.

Thanks for that Chatwizrd,

Ah, that's a shame. There's a few problems with setting up a mailing list. Mainly hassle of managing the list since every account on server would have to logged into individually and then all the email addresses copied one at a time from the email settings. Sounds a bit painstaking to me :(

I wonder if there is a file some place on the server that holds an up to date list of pop3 accounts in comma separated format? I could then set up a list and just import the addresses from there.

Does anyone know there is a list like that on the server please?
