...Email being blocked

Hello again guys,

Sorry I keep posting about all of my email problems, hopefully this can be resolved once and for all...

A client of mine is getting legitimate emails blocked. She is one of tem clients that gets thousands of junk email and I know it's hard to try and fine-tune the spam utilities to block them out, but I need her to get her legitimite emails. I checked the logs and here is what I got. To be honest, the email was blocked by I have no idea why or what blocked it. Any help would be great. Below is an excerpt from the log... Thanks guys...

Impossible to tell anything from that short snippet; why is mail being discarded rather than forwarded?

Is her outgoing email being blocked? Or her incoming? I'm confused.

Well, that short snippett are the only lines that pertain to that particular email when doing a search in the logs. Let me try and explain this a little better... What I understand is a couple of different friends of my customer are sending emails to her and she isnt recieving them... So, the sender would be [email protected] and the reciever (my customer) is [email protected]. And Jeff, that is why I am posting here, I am trying to figure out why she isn't recieving emails and why it is being blocked, I am completely in the dark here. I know that snippet doesn't say anything except for the email was dropped, it doesn't tell me why it was dropped. I need to know why it was dropped so I can prevent it from happening any more (by the way, she tells me she has always been able to recieve emails from that particular friend before) and I don't think I have done anything on the server that would cause this. Where else besides the logs should I look?

There is a huge difference between email marketing and spam. I would expect this knowledge to not be confused, especially by you, Mobin. You call yourself a promoter, but judging by your non-chalant way of responding to this forum post, I would call you a spammer.

He's probably using automated software that looks for what looks like relevant subjects.

I've also banned his username.

And for what it's worth, while there is a difference between email marketing and spam (I subscribe to the weekly snailmail newsletter of the Direct Marketing Association), the huge amount of spam on the 'net has made it harder and harder for legitimate marketers to get their message through.
