www.domain.com dont work

a customer registered a domainname and point it to the servers ip-address (a-record). I have make a user account with that domainname and have strange problem.

http://www.domain.com:2222 working
http://www.domain.com/~username working
ftp.domain.com working
www.domain.com doesn't work

Whats wrong? eveything seems to be ok, but only www.domain.com doenst work...

First, don't obscure your DNS data.
Second, "doesn't work" is no use. Do you see the wrong page? Do you see a timeout error, or 404 or 500 error? Be precise, otherwise we can't help you.

From the fact that www.theplayermedia.nl is an alias for theplayermedia.nl I guess that you are not using the nameservers configured by DA.
Make sure that the IP address 82.176.176.4 is the one chosen for the user having the theplayermedia.nl domain.
Since the FTP access works, I can guess that you are using the server shared address for that user, and probably 82.176.176.4 isn't that one.
If it is, then you just didn't add the domain to the user. I can't think of anything else.

Since the IP address is the same, I guess the poster didn't add the domain/virtualhost. Seems all right now.

It works again. httpd hangs for some reason, restarting httpd and everything works again!
