DA do not want send invoice for monthly license

Almost one moth ago I bought monthly license. The same day I sent an email to sales department and request for invoice. In polish companies to get some tax off we need to have invice, but DA does not care and write something about invoice for end of the year what is fun for me. I need invoce in current month not on end of the year. So if You are going to buy monthly license and need invoice think twice before You order...

You can write an invoice as easily as JBMC Software. That is what I do.

Oh really ? Did You hear, that copy of the invoice should be in DA`s sales department too ?
If You buy something You also write invoice yourself ?
 
I sent couple mails. I wrote this post to give You notice about situation I met. Finally they sent me an invoice today, but it tooks almost one month...

I bought new license, this time it`s lifetime license. And the problem come back. I`m sendig emils every day and asking when they are going to send me invoice. Do you think they even give me an replay ?
No way, they don`t care. Cool :confused:
This must be intereseting subject for Revenue Canada.
