help me sir i can't open my registered domain

i tried to register on freebeehosting.con and got a account then i get my domain on co.cc and i set my name servers according to the details on freebeehosting.com. i was able to upload my webpage in the public_html. i waited for about 48 hours as it was mentioned in the freebeehosting so when 48 hours is over i try to acces my registered domain and page tells me "you do not have permission to access / on this server" please help me sir..

Have you uploaded a default index page to your public_html directory? What is the name of your site and the file name of the index file?
