Hey,
since yesterday the webmail seems to be empty although, mails are being stored in the server and mails are also delivered successfully to their destination.

trying to get mails with POP3 doesn't seem to work (the connection itself works fine).

I can't find anything wrong in the logs.

any idea on this...?

1. cheek if Mail Queue Administration empty.
2. cheek if httpd logs has an erros
3. try reinstall your webmail

  1. queue is empty, the mails are already on the server.
  2. log has no errors
  3. webmail is working perfectly

First, to test, shut down all desktop MTAs (Outlook, thunderbird, kmail, etc.) accessing the account, to make sure they're not downloading.

Second, send yourself a few test emails.

Third, use a shell login as root to see if the email is making it's way to the Mailbox directories or mbox file.

Fourth, if there's mail, then try running webmail again.

Fifth, if webmail isn't working, try manually moving all mail out of the mailbox. Then try webmail again to see if you get anything.

Presuming there's nothing in your mailbox file/directory, send an email again, then shut down your browser completely, empty all caches, and start up your browser and try again to get email.

If you've made it this far (no shortcuts, please) and it still doesn't work, write again.
