Hi Guys,

Was just wondering if anyone encountered such specific requests before.

I have a client who would like the Auto Responder to not display the Auto Reply note. He also requested to have an auto reply with an attachment.

Anyway to do this? or if my company were to code it.. would it be difficult and any help regarding this?

You can probably make changes to the DirctAdmin autresponder system, but it would probably be more efficient and cost effective for you to offer your client a free or commercial autoresponder. Such software is available, and can be quite sophisticated.

Several of my clients use them and are happy with them.

Thanks Jeff.

Any recommendations for a free autoresponder?
or a commercial one?

I've passed a note on to one of my clients who has rather sophisticated autoresponder needs. Hopefully he'll respond, and if/when he does I'll post his suggestions.

My client got back to me quickly. He no longer uses software on the server; he uses two services:

www.infusionsoft.com

and

www.aweber.com

If you're in the US you may have seen a lot of ads for aweber.com; they've been doing a lot of advertising lately.

Note that I have no experience with either of these. And that I don't think these are quite what we have in mind when we say autoresponder.

Googling found this (myautoresponderpro.com); it's a low-priced script your client can install on his website.. I have no experience with it, either and I don't know if it does everything you want.
