Hi all,
I have a problem this morning. It is about CentOS Directadmin DNS server.
This server works for over 4 months without DNS problem, however, the problem shows up this morning.
When I nslookup and set the server as the server IP, resolve one of the domain hosted in this server, the output is 13 root server e.g. (root) nameserver = H.ROOT-SERVERS.NET but not the domain IP.
I have ensured that all services are running, and I removed and reinstalled the bind, bind-libs and bind-utils.
It works now.
I would like to ask any brother knows what is the problem before?
Is it really problem caused by old version of bind?
Old bind 9.3.4-10.P1.el5
New bind 9.3.6-16.P1.el5
Thanks.
