Subdomains stop working

Hello,

I created subdomains and they worked for a few hours and all of the sudden they stop working. I can still access the content via domain.com/subdomain.

The root domain works fine and keeps working.

Pinging subdomain.domain.com is no good. Pinging domain.com is. I made A record for subdomain (and it worked for a few hours...).

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Domain is unexpected.be
Subdomain is bouwdagboek.unexpected.be

Yes because I rebooted server... After a while issues return. Solar.unexpected.be is same issue and that one never comes up again...
 
Unfortunately the only way to check this from the oustside to see what might be the problem is to leave it in fail mode when it fails.

Or you could hire a server administrator to check it for you.

Agreed. But it is DA related... Never had issues Ith other panels + Google returns several similar issues with DA.

Unfortunately a solution seems far away ATM :-(
 
And there it goes again... down... it worked fine, now it's gone again... and funny solar.unexpected.be started working a few hours ago (while being dead and I did nothing)... and it still works.

Very bad first experience with DA I must say...
 
And "magic" there goes solar.unexpected.be again... so now both subs are down, were up before and I did not touch a thing...
 
Well, there is only one of them available and which is known as ns2.unexpected.be and ns1.unexpected.be

Nameserver records returned by the parent servers are:

ns2.unexpected.be. ['141.138.197.210'] [TTL=86400]
ns1.unexpected.be. ['141.138.197.210'] [TTL=86400]

So Andrea is right, you should check your named and firewall settings.
