Hi,

I don't run a hosting company but just my own websites on a VPS. If I get a lifetime DA license, which is the one? Am I eligible to an internal license (and can I still use it if I switch hosts), or do I need to get a full one for $299?

Thanks!

The following is my understanding of how the licensing works. If you're looking for an exception just for you, then you'd need to contact DirectAdmin Sales.

Internal licenses are strictly for companies offering DirectAdmin servers to others, including hardware and software, ready to go. Internal licenses are not for individual users, no matter their circumstance.

DirectAdmin is also available with special pricing for VPS use. I'm not sure if someone who rents an individual VPS for their own use is eligible for the license, or if it's available only to those who offer VPS instances to the general public.

Check the DirectAdmin website, and if you need additional clarification contact DirectAdmin Sales.
