cannot receive mail

Hi guys
A simple problem setting up my email account :
I cannot receive mail. I can send it, and it gets to destination alright (altho for some reason hotmail seems to consider it as spam and puts it in indesirable).

But if i answer it or simle post to my email address, i never receive it.

Im sure its only a config problem but could someone help with this please? Im using roundcube, i cant seem to log into squirrel.

Have you tried www.mxtoolbox.com on your domain?
Mabe its handy if you post your domain so we can look at the settings

When i enter my domain and ask for a dns check, it says that it failed because it timed out or responded non authoritatively...

I dont know that to do, i dont even know where to send a ticket...
Im new at this...

Is it your own server? Could you PM me the domain?

If you're the server administrator you need to test to find out why your DNS isn't working; nothing can reach your server if DNS isn't working.

If it's not your server, but you're a hosting client, you need to check with your hosting provider.
