Ok reserve question came to my mind, is it enough to change only dns record to make exim automaticly use that ip unless I set that config in exim.conf? Do I still need to edit exim.conf?

MX records advertise incoming IP#s (where incoming mail to the server should be sent) and not necessarily the IP#s that mail should come from. Outgoing email servers don't need to be the same, but they should be advertised in SPF and DKIM records.

Yes, Jeff is right. I confused it with local_interfaces, which really requires updates in DNS.
