How to custom DNS ?

Hello,

when bought a VPS and it has already 1 IP adress, but, as I knew, 2 need 2 IP addresses to create 2 DNS for my site
For example:

IP1 -> dns1.mydomain.com
IP2 -> dns2.mydomain.com

is it right?

my question is: how to create DNS like that? and I have to create it in DirectAdmin or VPS control panel?

One question more:
If I added a domain name to my directadmin and I want to create other DNS with IP adresses.

For example:
IP3 -> dns3.my-new-domain.com
IP4 -> dns4.my-new-domain.com

Do I need to buy 2 IP addresses more?

Are there tutorials to do this? please guide me

but can you give me short answers for my questions in post above?


Do I need to buy 1 IP address more to create IP2

right?


And to create
IP3 -> dns3.my-new-domain.com
IP4 -> dns4.my-new-domain.com

I need buy 2 other IP addresses more?
 
I don't have a short answer for you here. I don't host 2 Name Servers on one VPS or hardware server. My name servers are located in different locations. And I don't know what level your hosting will be and what level you want to have.

My level is first level :rolleyes:
