can't login with ftp

Hi,
I tried to connect ftp with filezilla but every account I created gave me same erroe and reaction

how I can fix problem?

Does you use a Firewall? If yes, have you opened the needed passive ports?

it seems with root user i can login to ftp however users created by directadmin can't login to ftp

Hello,

You might need to open passive ports in firewall or use active mode of FTP.
