Evolution skin default for reseller

Everytime an reseller add a new user the old enchached skin is used.
We can set make evolution default for all, but this is not working for the reseller account

How to make Evolution skin defualt for everyone, as well for users which the reseller will add??

Edit reseller package and change the skin there That should be it.

In recent versions such as 1.63.5, there is not skin selection in the reseller packages. Also, in the *.pkg files, there is not skin line !
Why ?
