Backups getting failed

When some users trying to create backup,
Facing error..
OS - CentOS 8.0 64-Bit
Kindly help

Error Compressing the backup file backup-file_name.tar.gz : /bin/tar: The following options were used after any non-optional arguments in archive create or update mode. These options are positional and affect only arguments that follow them. Please, rearrange them properly.
/bin/tar: -C ‘/home/username/’ has no effect
/bin/tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
 
You've mentioned OS version, but DA version is missing in the post. What's the version of DA?
