I can not connect email account Thunderbird

Hello everyone ;)
I have a big problem with connect to my email via SSL/TSL.
I use thunderbird and can not login to my account. Works fine without SSL !
Thunderbird show this monit : "The configuration could not be verified. Please check your Login and Password! "
It is interesting that Outlook 2019 connects over SSL well .
I testing Thunderbird ver.78 and 52 - no change
I have Letsteecrypt certificates for hostname, domain, mail, smtp, imap.

What log. show You ? Please help me :)

I disable CSF and create new email account , dann I try to connect Thunderbird is the same problem ;-/
I think that is no problem with Firewall CFS .

What ports do you use?
What if you use ssl only on smtp, or only on imap?

Works good with no SSL !

It could be TLS version on the mail server, should be 1.2 but if it's lower, then version 58 of Thunderbird should have worked. So that was confusing me. Is your mailserver running tls 1.2?

Yes you are right, the latest version of Thunderbird does not support TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1.

Also try other computer and internet provider , sometimes for example windows versions has problems with wrong old or changed tls settings and reaching that machines / domains

Your tls check was on port 25..

I have installed the latest Thunderbird on a different computer. Work good ! no problem with connect SSL :-)
Yes you are right ikkeben - thank you so much , but I don't know how to fix my computer now. I have Windows 10 Pro, I uninstalled Thunderbird with the registry files. Still not working after reinstallation; - /

Yes there was a time security where the ssl tls settings in windows registry changed, or by hand to have a fix for that problem , so i gues windows registry , there are some fixes with microsoft but not always working try the help sections on their support site , i don't know anymore to long ago.

Cyphers ....

and defaults what should handled first 1.1 1.0 and that kind of stuff was problem then..
