Solved DA sub-addressing/plus-addressing

I use a pretty standard DA setup with the custombuild options (as shown in the CB 2.0 plugin) below this message.

I would like to set up sub-addressing/plus-addressing so that I can use, for example, [email protected] to sign up for Amazon, and have that mail automatically land in the 'amazon' folder under the [email protected] inbox.

According to what I can find this would require postfix to work, but I can find very little info on how to actually set it up within the options DA offers.

Has anyone made this work yet, or is there more info about this available that I am missing?
