Good morning, I have a client that sends and receives e-mails only through the roudcube webmail, currently he tries to send e-mails through this webmail, but the webmail will not always display the message "sending" today I did a test I disabled the mod_securit of the server and was sent his emails right! In my configuration I have the mod_securit and plugin installed!

Server = apache + comodo rules and plugin+ php fpm!

Another question? I have the waffle comodo plus plugin installed on the server, do I also need to enable mod_securit in the directadmin panel in the settings settings on the server? or should I leave it off in this option and let the plugin manage

Have you been able to recreate this issue on your end?

I may be mistaken but isn't this just a mod_security ruleset? If so, then you need mod_security to use it. You may want to check if there are docs concerning the plugin since its not a part of the panel but a third party installation.

Yes, when you install mod_security through custonbuild by selecting comodo rules, the plugin is automatically installed together with mod_security and its comodo rules! I would like to know if I also leave the option on or off on the DA panel enabled!

I believe you would want to leave it enabled. Is it not functioning on your end?

It's no trouble at all. I would suggest looking for any entries for mod_security in your server logs. If it is logging rule violations, it is safe to believe it is functioning as expected.
