Making exim plus-addressing default to on (with GUI enabling)

I know there are guide on how to enable it so that's not the discussion.

Plus-addressing is quite crucial to today's email function so shouldn't the DA team have an option to enable/disable it in the GUI?

It doesn't make sense for this important email feature to not be included on a default install

Well. crucial might not be everybody's opinion, but I can understand that lots of people would like this.

However, if you would like this implemented by default, best way to do this is to make a feature request at the feedback forum so it can be upvoted.
