Last update cant send smtp emails

After update exim.conf, directadmin, and devocot today now i cant send smtp emails from ohter servers.

Connection could not be established with host xxxxxxx.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://xxxxxxx.com:465 (Connection refused)

How can i revert this to the previous exim.conf because i think is exim.conf?

No, this is not the problem already checked.

exim.conf, directadmin, and devocot is update today its the only change in the server.

There is a way to check logs or revert to old exim?

After checking ports listening external connection its seems 465 its not listening only 25.

After ./build exim start working.
